As part of the HART Alternative Analysis currently underway, work is being performed on the land use implications of the alignments under consideration. GB Arrington, Vice President/Principal Practice Leader with PlaceMaking, Parsons Brinckerhoff, will be making a presentation on the land use and Transit Oriented Development (TOD) work effort for selection of a Locally Preferred Alternative:
- General issues related to the differing alignments (freeway, local street, rail ROW) and how they influence TOD performance
- Preliminary analysis findings of prototypical station areas
